Welcome to 1413 Studios Building Internet Subscription Plan.
We are providing our building community with a dedicated and secure internet service. The monthly internet service subscription is a one-time setup. Your security and privacy are our priority.
Note: (Please allow 24 hours for the Property Manager to get your Internet subscription online and working.)

1413 STUDIOS INTERNET SERVICE
This a one-time setup and will subscribe you automatically on a 30-day monthly cycle.
$35 A MONTH
A Monthly Internet Subscription
This subscription will provide you with up to 600 Mbps high-speed Wifi connection and a live ethernet port in your room (jack in the wall). We highly recommend you use the jack for your TV viewing, streaming, gaming, and downloading files for a better experience.
Note: Please allow at least 24 hours for your Property Manager to get your Internet Subscription authorized and working. You can notify the Property Manager if you decide to cancel your subscription the following month.
THIS IS THE ONLY INTERNET SERVICE APPROVED FOR THE BUILDING. DO NOT CONTACT ANY OTHER INTERNET SERVICE PROVIDER TO RUN WIRES IN THE BUILDING OR YOU WILL INCUR
ADDITIONAL MONTHLY SERVICE FEES.
